  See 'The Works' in Newark

Mark your calendar so you don’t miss the visit to The Works, Ohio Center for History, art and technology. The museum occupies the Scheidler Machine Works which was built in 1861 to manufacture steam engines and line shaft sawmills. Glass Works with glass blowing demonstration, Art Works Gallery and Studio featuring contemporary art and classrooms, Digital Works, a design studio and training center for the web, graphic and exhibit design, computer modeling and large format printing, the Licking County Arts Gift Shop and lunch in the adjacent restaurant, the Le Fevre Courtyard completes our day.

An added feature will be Dwight Lennox to entertain in the courtyard during our lunch.

There is a $4 admission for seniors.  Times and carpooling info will be released later. Mark the date on your calendar.
