In June 2017, Sunbury Halter and Saddle
4-H Club Alumni Suzanne Allen Sherry Buel, And John Van Sickle were
joined by cousin Julia Perfect Teuschler in marking graves of
veterans of WWII in East Liberty Cemetery. A few months later, Suzanne returned to Mt. Pleasant Cemetery and Stark Cemetery to complete the township cemeteries. |

1898-1985. Enlisted in Delaware. Ohio in the National Guard on June
21, 1917; Served in the National Guard Company K 4 Infantry; Served
in American Expeditionary Forces in Champagne-Marne, St. Mihiel,
Meuse-Argonne in the Defensive Sector during World War I; Received
Honorable Discharge on May 17, 1919; Buried in Mount Pleasant
Methodist Episcopal Church Cemetery. |
