Oh, No!  The Roof is Leaking

In December 2006, just before the drywall was to be installed, Polly Horn noticed the roof was leaking over the basement stairway.  Armed with a caulking gun, she climbed on the roof, found the leak at the flashing and gave it a temporary fix with white caulk - all she had on a Sunday afternoon.  A call to the Ohio Cultural Facilities said the bond money could be used for the roof since the drywall was a gift from Porter Drywall.

Schooley Caldwell was called and Brian Kiggins came up to inspect the roof.  He took the photos above, drew up plans to install a new roof and to replace floors where needed and to finish or refinish all the floors.  Gutter full of shingle debris
The end was in site.
